Welcome to NextGen Athlete™. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our materials, or using our platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership of Content

All materials provided through NextGen Athlete™ — including but not limited to videos, lessons, digital tools, downloads, resources, playbooks, and frameworks — are the intellectual property of Harmonic Ventures LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

Do not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.

The names NextGen Athlete™, NIL Accelerator™, Beyond the Chute™, Brand → Build → Bank™, and all branded lesson or toolkit names are trademarks of VESTCrew LLC.

2. License to Use

Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others

• Republish, adapt, or reproduce course content outside of NextGen Athlete™

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content in any format

3. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

NextGen Athlete™ programs are designed for educational purposes only. We do not provide:

• Legal advice

• Financial, tax, or investment guidance

For specific questions in these areas, consult a qualified professional.

4. User Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in the NextGen Athlete™ community, including but not limited to:

• Submitting honest work and engagement

• Using materials and tools as intended

• Refraining from attempting to scrape, copy, or duplicate backend systems, code, or proprietary content

5. Program Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to any program or community if these terms are violated. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be governed by the NextGen Athlete™ Refund Policy.

6. Updates + Modifications

We may update or improve content, features, and tools at any time to ensure athletes receive the most relevant and effective training. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates agreement to the latest version.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

• To cancel, log into your account and visit the Billing section, or email [email protected] .

• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

• Cancelling a monthly plan does not refund past payments.
